The Impact Cycle - Kimberley Schools Project (KSP)
The Impact Cycle is a program focussed on developing the capacity of Instructional Coaches. Growth Coaching International is the approved licensed provider of The Impact Cycle in Australia and works in partnership with Dr Jim Knight and the Instructional Coaching Group.
The program explores:
- Understanding the complexities of supporting change in instructional practice
- Understanding the principles that underpin productive partnerships with teachers
- Identify and implement different approaches to coaching to meet individual needs
- Use the improvement cycle to help teachers sustain commitment towards student-centred goals
- Understand the effective, respectful ways to share instructional expertise and knowledge with teachers
- Confidence to initiate and lead instructional coaching cycles with teachers
- A model of instructional leadership
